Having worked with Mark professionally and personally for the better part of a decade, I’d happily trust the advice of Mark and his guests and it’s a pleasure to be a part of this burgeoning community of likeminded professionals that talk so honestly about their career journeys

I subscribed to Every Saturday after having heard how passionately the community talks about Mental Health in IT. I’ve known Mark for many years after seeing his contribution to various technology forums and finding them insightful, raw, and honest.

Having known Mark and what he’s done with his mentoring program for over 10 years, I signed up to EverySaturday to help be a part of the change we’ve all wanted to see in the technology sector. I back EverySaturday to become a platform that promotes great mental health discussions in an open, safe and honest forum – that’s why I keep coming bacl

When I first met Mark he was 18 and just getting started in the industry. Exceptionally talented, he actively sought out a mentor and found one in me. Mark has always demonstrated a humility to understand where he’s come from, and use that to know where he wants to go. Over the last 10+ years of working with Mark, I’ve seen him grow from a busy young tech, into a knowledgeable, dedicated young manager and consultant. His breadth of knowledge in the Consulting Services and Managed Services world is testament to his drive and passion for the industry.

Gabe Marzano

Mark and I only met recently after he reached out to pick my brains on my own podcast & platform, Dark Mode (check it out!). I’m inspired by Mark’s energy and passion for both his unique perspective on solving technology challenges for business, and promoting raw and honest stories of the people behind the keyboard.

Mark reached out to me on LinkedIn while serving as the Chief Technology Officer of a global solution integrator. He saw something in me as a young person in IT And he’s really helped me grow as a professional. He’s such a generous person with his time and really cares about me as a person. He’s helped me navigate migrating to Australia and is passionate about building the careers of those around him – this is why I subscribe to EverySaturday

“I keep telling Mark that we owe him so much, but he doesn’t listen, and I think that’s his strength. When Mark came to work with us, we were a small team of two. During our work together, we became a force of 40. His deep connection and care for our team’s mental health, our culture, and the way he encouraged us to have a voice, loud and proud, is why I will always back mark in for whatever he does. I’m grateful that our journeys are still joined together. I can be next to him on the journey to continually mature our industry.

“I was Mark’s first ever Executive Assistant and his best. He knew he wouldn’t succeed without me, but the relationship was more “trusted confidante” than Executive Assistant. Mark is a beautiful soul that cares deeply about those around him and the impact people have on other people. What Mark has done for hundreds of people’s careers is why I’m with him every single step on this journey to bring the industry together under this storytelling platform.
